The New Balance 9060 represents a new expression of today's refined style and innovative design. The 9060 draws inspiration from the visibly technological and proudly futuristic aesthetic of the Y2K era. The sway bars, borrowed from the 990, have been expanded and used throughout the upper to convey a sense of visible motion, while the wavy lines and scaled proportions on the sculpted midsole place exaggerated emphasis on the familiar ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms.
